Questions dealership teams ask before choosing Architera.

Straight answers about integrations, AI work, data, rollout, and team control.

01

What is Architera?

Architera is an agentic operating system for automotive retail. It connects dealership data, live stock, websites, vehicle configuration, customer conversations, governed AI agents, and verified business intelligence across the customer journey.

02

Who is Architera built for?

Architera is built for automotive retailers and dealership teams that want customer-facing products and AI-assisted work to share the same context. A rollout can begin with one dealership priority and expand as the operating model proves useful.

03

Do we have to replace our CRM or DMS?

No. Cronus runs on top of the systems you already use. Customer records, conversations and journeys live in Architera and integrate with your CRM and DMS.

04

What do the five Architera products do?

Cronus provides a governed AI workforce. Atlas turns live stock into a vehicle commerce journey. Forge lets buyers configure a vehicle while the dealer controls the range. Pages connects the automotive website and content operation. Lens gives dealership teams one conversation for grounded answers and work they can inspect before it goes live.

05

What can Architera AI agents do?

Agents can answer customers, follow up across supported channels, qualify interest, update permitted customer records, prepare dealership tasks, and book the next step. Lens can also help a team prepare dashboards, agents, journeys, and campaigns. The exact tools and boundaries are agreed before an agent goes live.

06

Which conversation channels are available?

One AI brain, every channel. The same agents run your web chat, email and WhatsApp, connected to your own accounts, with one memory of every customer across all of them. AI voice is live as a pilot: agents answer calls, make follow-up calls, book test drives and service appointments, and pass the line to your team the moment a person should take it.

07

How does our team stay in control of AI work?

Your team decides what an agent can do, which actions need approval, and when a person should step in. Authorized users can review work, coach or pause an agent, and take over a customer conversation. Drafts do not become live customer actions by implication.

08

Can Architera support Arabic and other languages?

Architera is multilingual. Customer experiences can support languages such as English and Arabic, including right-to-left pages where needed. The language, channel, content, and handover path are tested for each rollout.

09

Are we locked to one AI provider?

No. Architera is provider-independent by design. The model and provider can be chosen for the job, language, quality, cost, and deployment requirements, then tested in the real workflow.

10

How is dealership and customer data protected?

Security is foundational to Architera. The platform runs on enterprise-grade infrastructure with strict tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest using current standards, role-based access control, and comprehensive audit logging across every action. Continuous monitoring, automated backups and a hardened release process protect the platform around the clock, and the AI operates within defined guardrails under your control. Architera is built for GDPR compliance. Read the Security overview

11

How does Architera approach the EU AI Act?

Architera is designed with the EU AI Act in mind, including human oversight, disclosure, permissions, and work people can inspect and approve. This is a design posture, not a certification claim. The final controls still depend on the use case and the dealership's operating process.

12

How quickly can a dealership launch?

A focused first launch can move quickly. Timing depends on access to the right data, systems, channels, and approvals, so those dependencies are scoped before a go-live plan is agreed.

13

How is Architera priced?

Pricing depends on the products, locations, users, agents, channels, integrations, workload, and rollout support required. We first agree the useful starting point, then scope the commercial model around it.

14

How is Architera different from a traditional dealership CRM?

A traditional dealership CRM is usually the system of record for established sales work. Architera adds shared context, governed AI agents, connected journeys, and clear approval before customer-facing action. The CRM can remain in place where it is the right tool.

15

Can Architera work alongside our existing CRM and DMS?

Yes. The CRM and DMS can remain the systems of record for the work they handle. We agree which system owns each fact, what Architera needs, and where approved updates return.

16

What makes a platform agentic rather than a chatbot?

A chatbot mainly answers in one conversation. An agentic platform can use customer context and approved tools to record details, prepare follow-up, or request an appointment. Permissions, handover rules, and human review still govern the work.
